Where: Rose Balance should be used all over your face, neck, and upper chest.
How: Apply with cotton ball or cotton round. Should be applied after cleansing and before your moisturizer and any water-based serums. The second step in your skin routine.
When: We recommend using Rose Balance: Facial Toner, twice daily (morning and night). Consistent use will yield the best results!
